Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed within one business day from confirmation at our fulfillment center in Seoul, South Korea. Shipments are made via reputable carriers such as FedEx and EMS. Estimated delivery times are as follows (based on US delivery; times may vary by destination):

  • Economy (EMS): Typically 1–2 weeks

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means that import taxes, customs duties and fees are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout. These charges, if applicable, will be collected by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery. Customers are responsible for paying these fees.
Please check your country’s customs regulations in advance to avoid unexpected charges.

We provide all required export documentation and will declare the contents accurately; however, we cannot control or estimate the amount of duties or fees imposed by your country's customs authority.


Order Restrictions & Import-Compliance
Some items may be restricted for import into certain countries. In such cases, your order may be delayed, held by customs or cancelled. Examples of restricted items include (but are not limited to): lithium-ion batteries, spray products, steel products depending on local law.
Large orders may also be subject to additional duties or special shipments—please review local rules if you’re placing high-volume orders.


Order Process & Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the shipping status via your account on our website.
If you order multiple items or pre-order items, shipments may be split into multiple packages.


Address & Delivery Responsibility
Please double-check that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for items that are stolen, mis-delivered due to incorrect address, or lost by the carrier.
