Refund policy

At HUGH Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your Leverpresso purchase, you may return the unused product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charges.

For returns involving two or more Leverpresso units, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned units.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• The Product must be in excellent condition, with no scratches or signs of use.
• Refunds, either full or partial, will be determined after inspection of the returned item.
• To ensure a smooth return process, please fill out the return form and contact us prior to sending the product back.
