Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed within one business day from confirmation through our fulfillment center in Seoul, South Korea.

 

HUGH Inc. ships via FedEx International Priority. Delivery typically takes 2 - 4 business days. 

 

Please keep in mind that custom processing may take additional time.

 

Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT, and Import Taxes

You are responsible for ensuring the product(s) you order can be lawfully imported to the destination. 

 

Orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea, and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. All such taxes, fees, or charges levied are the responsibility of the recipient and not HUGH Inc.

 

Hugh Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can Hugh Inc. predict what they may be.

 

The following taxes may apply to orders over the following amount:

Singapore: Over 7% for orders above SGD 400

Japan: Over 8% for order above JPY 10,000

For other countries, please check with your local authorities. 

 

If the recipient decides not to accept the package, it may be rejected and remitted to customs to be destroyed or sent back to the seller (depending on the country).

 

Please note, if the package is destroyed by customs or HUGH Inc. incurs additional costs for rejected items, the amount of your refund may be affected.

 

*Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

*All packages marked COD will be rejected and no refund will be given.

While Hugh Inc. will do everything possible within reason to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for stolen items.

 

Hugh Inc is also not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrectly submitted information.
