Durability

Also one year ago It broke and I had to buy a new one.
I want it more durable.

Not a great fit

I received the cylinder. However, it does not fit perfectly into the bottom part which holds the coffee grinds. It’s a little bit too tight so opening and closing is quite a task.
Maybe I should’ve ordered all of them together so they come from the same batch.

Package with replacement parts never arrived

I love my Hugh Leverpresso, but replacement parts I ordered never arrived. The tracking number from the order page also does not work. I’ve reached out to customer support a few times but have not received any support.
