We hope that you will be satisfied with your Hugh Inc. purchase, however, you aren't we're here to help.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product purchased from HUGH Inc.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that the items you are returning are repacked with all original parts, accessories, and documents.
- Products returned damaged, dirty, or with missing items may be subject to a restocking fee or unapproved for a refund.
Shipping your return
- You are responsible for paying all returning shipping fees.
- All packages marked COD will be rejected and no refund will be given.
- Please include your Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, and the Order Reference Number with your returned product.
- Please contact us at info@hughinc.com to submit a Return Request before attempting a return.
- Make sure to properly pack all products well, to avoid damage during shipment.
Refunds
1. Refund and Exchange - If the product is defective upon arrival or during normal use, it can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days.
2. Free repair - you can request a free repair if the product is defective during normal use within the warranty period of 6 months (shipping fees not included).
3. Paid repair - if the product is defective once the warranty period has expired.
If you notice a defect on the product after the warranty period, please send a message at info@hughinc.com.
If you are eligible to get a refund:
Once we receive and inspect all items, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund through your original payment method.
